Francisco José is a lawyer, specialized in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, Privacy and New Technologies Law, having advised, in these areas, software development companies, robotics or, as in house lawyer, in large companies.

He accompanies these specialties with extensive experience in other branches of law such as civil, labor or criminal law after practicing as a procedural lawyer for thirteen years (three of them in the public defender's office) so he provides a preventive and reactive service to the client. He has published more than thirty articles on his specialties and has participated in lectures, round tables and conferences.

He also teaches at universities such as UCV or VIU in degrees and masters. PhD student at the University of Valencia.
