HR BOT FACTORY is a start-up founded by Jon Gonzalo Torrontegui and Miguel Corral. It was born in 2019 as a platform that improves the candidate experience by incorporating a virtual assistant that interviews and evaluates candidates with the same rigor, counting with percentages of 98% satisfaction in the candidate experience and 81% optimization of pre-selection times, among others. Using artificial intelligence, companies program the process so that the application automatically solves it.
